Rep. Andrew Engell has introduced House Bill 1311 to down-list wolves from endangered to sensitive. This bill would still provide protections but also give more flexibility to the Department of Fish and Wildlife when managing wolves and dealing with wolf-livestock encounters. He talks about this and other agriculture issues with Glenn Vaagen from the the Pacific Northwest Ag Network.
